2.1 Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. During peak periods, processing times may be extended to 5–7 business days.

2.2 Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Delivery: 12–23 calendar days

Current Average Delivery: 7–20 calendar days depending on destination

2.3 All delivery times are estimates only and not guarantees.

2.4 Euphoria™ shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs, or global events beyond our control.

  1. Product Availability and Pricing

3.1 All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

3.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3.3 We reserve the right to limit quantities of products or services per customer, per household, or per order.

  1. Accuracy of Information

4.1 We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, images, and pricing; however, we do not guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free.

4.2 We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to cancel orders that include incorrect pricing or other inaccuracies.

  1. Returns, Refunds and Lost Packages

5.1 Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of supplements under any circumstances, except where required by law.

5.2 If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery with clear photographic evidence. We will, at our discretion, either:

Replace the product, or

Issue a full refund to your original payment method

5.3 If your package is not delivered within ten (10) business days beyond the estimated delivery window, and tracking does not show a successful delivery, we may treat the item as lost and offer a replacement or refund upon investigation.

5.4 We are not responsible for orders confirmed as “delivered” by the shipping provider but subsequently reported as missing or stolen.

  1. Subscription Terms and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Customers may opt into a monthly subscription plan offering a 25% discount on all subscription-based orders, including the initial purchase.

6.2 By subscribing, you agree to a minimum commitment of three (3) monthly deliveries before any cancellations or pauses are permitted.

6.3 Early cancellations are subject to a retroactive charge equal to the discount provided on the initial order unless otherwise waived at our sole discretion.

6.5 Subscriptions renew automatically every thirty (30) days unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.

7.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected.
