🚫 Can I Return My Supplements?
We’re afraid not.
To protect all our customers, we do not accept returns on any supplement products — even if unopened. This is a standard safety measure in the health and wellness industry to avoid contamination or tampering.
🛠 Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered.
What to do: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Send clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to contact@euphoriaretail.com
We’ll review and, if approved, offer one of the following:

A full refund to your original payment method
Processing time: Refunds are issued within 4–7 business days after approval.
🚚 Where’s My Order?
We ship our products from trusted partners and aim to get them to you as quickly as possible. Sometimes, external factors like customs checks or carrier delays can slow things down.
If your order hasn’t arrived:

Wait 10 business days after the end of the estimated delivery window (shown at checkout)

Then contact us and we’ll launch an investigation with the carrier
If confirmed lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
🧭 What If the Courier Can’t Find My Address?
If the courier is unable to deliver due to address issues, your parcel may be returned to the local delivery hub.
If this happens, we’ll reach out and ask you to confirm or update your address. Once confirmed, we’ll reattempt delivery at no extra cost.
🔒 Lost or Stolen After Delivery?
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

We’ll share full tracking information and courier details
While we aren’t liable for stolen parcels, we’ll do our best to help you file a claim or investigate with the courier.
